There are many ways to use this candle. Traditional uses for skull or head candles are for domination. You can use this to literally write what you intend to manifest on the brain. This can be to get someone to change their mind in your favor, to literally be on someone else's mind and dominate their thoughts. Another way to use this candle is for yourself. You can write positive affirmations on it to help cultivate self love, body image, self esteem and confidence. If you are dealing with negative thought patterns, bad habits or addictions you can banish them away by replacing these thoughts with positive, encouraging and uplifting messages. It's up to you! Unlike skull candles, you can actually see the entire brain and if you have some knowledge brain anatomy you can write specific affirmations on the different parts of the brain to tap into those areas to create changes spiritually.
Before using, charge this candle with your intentions for the ritual. Close your eyes, clear your mind and focus on your goal. Visualize what you want to achieve. To further charge the candle you can anoint it with any of our ritual oils, herbal incense blends or crystals. (A little bit goes a long way!) Once the candle is lit, do not blow it out. If you need to leave your house or keep the candle unattended, snuff it out, and re-light it when you can keep an eye on it. To dispose of the remains - melted wax and/or remaining wick, throw it away far from your home.
