Returns & Shipping

Thank you for choosing Aquarian Soul for your beauty, skincare and bath purchase! We are a small company that makes everything in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final. We do however want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have any questions or concerns about your order do not hesitate to contact us! 



You may cancel your order if your order has not been sent to the shipping department. You will receive a notice once your order has been shipped and is in transit. Once your order is packed up whether its still in our studio or on route, you cannot cancel. For approved cancelations, refunds will be issued minus shipping costs. Shipping is non refundable.



All US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with a tracking number. We normally ship items within 4-7 days. We are making everything by hand with a small team so if the item you ordered is out of stock it may take a few additional days to produce. We want to ensure the freshness and quality of every product that leaves our studio. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once packages transfer into the hands of the post office, you need to contact USPS to handle any issues. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout. Shipping speed is based on actual transit time from the carrier to your doorstep. Selecting express or priority does not guarantee 2 day delivery from the moment you place the order as it takes us a few days to put your order together. If you have a special request please contact us first and we will try our best to work with you! 


All orders will ship via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. International orders typically take about 7-10 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Please also be aware of any fees associated with customs as we are not responsible for those fees. Any packages returned to us because customs fees were not paid can be reshipped when they have been returned to our studio and we would kindly ask that you pay for shipping for their return. If not refunds will be issued minus any shipping fees. Shipping is non-refundable.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We will do our best to communicate with the post office regarding lost packages on your behalf when possible, many times if an error occurs because of the postal carrier in your country, we cannot intervene in anyway. We are not responsible for packages mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered at checkout.
